used to be where my rpms would be at 3k and my mph would be at 60, now when my mph is at 60 my rpms are a little over 3k. could it be my clutch?

dude, the clutch is what makes the car move forward... the clutch is what takes the power from the motor and puts it to the wheels... without one you'd be pushing it. 240's are notorious for having to replace the clutch too frequently... it's not too expensive if you know somebody who can help you or you can bring it to my shop in north austin... less than $300 bucks for sure.
