I am wondering what would be better for me to do to my 92 Classic SE-R. Should I go All-motor or tubo charge it?

Well I would say boost is better . Also it depends on how much you want to spend.

HP per $$$, turbo is cheaper. And you can get a LOT more HP.

Well i'm going the all motor / nitrous road. I think its more pratical for my personally usage. Also, after driving a few turbo se-r's, the wheel spin gets really annoying after a while and I find that i'm more paranoid (listening to the engine for any squeaks or murmors).

1. Turbo is more difficult to do because of running I/C piping and such.
2. All motor is easier on the tranny , if your worried about that kind of thing.
3. All motor is alot stealthier. (is that a word?)

I choose turbo.

if there is no issue with money, taking into account HP numbers, look at a VE or a turbo. want more power on the VE (all motor) put in a stroker kit. more power in a turbo there are lots of options. or better yet i have here the may 03 issue of scc. there is a 240sx with a sr20det crate motor from Tomei = 420 HP!!!! it says that Tomei also sells a N/A crate motor = HP ???.

i am pondering this very choice, but most of the time decide on turbo. all motor does have huge up sides; less plumbing in the engine bay, fewer moving parts to keep an eye on and fix if needed, less need to add eye catchers in car (boost gauge), on and on and on.

but at the same time turbo is cool because of the plumbing, turbo that makes that great sound and all the gauges that are usually needed in the car.

does not matter - choose one - be proud - you drive a nissan

Bottom line is NA doesn't suck, turbo does.................so go turbo and make some real horsepower............unless you just have mad cash, no not even then.......just go turbo and be done!
