Should i use the one from the gti-r or the one from my car its a 97 200sx se-r?

you need to use the DE flywheel

I beleive the DET , or at least the GTIR uses larger flywheel bolts. If so, the holes on the flywheel can be bored out at any machine shop.

athe gti-r flywheel is overall too big to fit into a sr20 tranny bell housing. also the crank bolts are also too large for the de to fit onto without so adapting. i do have a sr20 flywheel around that has been bored out that i would sell to you.
