I apologize ahead of time for this one...

Alright guys... I'm getting seriously frustrated off now. I've been carless for more than 3 weeks and it looks like it's gonna end up being over 4 because of this damn aeromotive fpr. I'd buy a nismo if I had the extra cash laying around right now and hadn't already bought the aeromotive unit. I've been asking questions about it for the past month as far as fittings and all and I thought I had gotten the right answers but it ends up all the fitting I bought ended up not being the right ones? I don't know how this is... but thats what I'm being told. I've spent too much wasted money and time without a car trying to figure this one out. I'm not alone in this though. Jason at JGY has my car and he's stumped as well. We've tried everything. I know there has to be atleast one person on here that has used an Aeromotive fpr with the JGY/FTF rail while running a 4 bar JWT ECU program. This is just straight driving my head in circles. I thought I was getting my car back this weekend...finally.... but now it's not gonna happen cause of this damn fpr. Any help.... a whole lot of help would be soooo greatly appreciated. Thanks much all as always. You're who I know to go to with these kinds of problems. Thanks again. I just need to know what size fittings will fit into the actual fpr itself. That is the only real problem. I just need the fitting sizes that I would be putting into the 3 holes in the actual fpr. Thanks very much for the help.

What model is it? Is it #13109? If so, all the fittings are -6AN. I mounted my regulator on the end of the rail using a 3/8"NPT to -6AN fitting. I then used a -6AN - -6AN Male nipple for the return to connect my -6AN swivel seal fitting to. For the other IN side of the FPR I used a -6AN port plug. All of these fittings came from www.anplumbing.com.

Did you use any o-rings with the fitting to make them fit?

The only Oring I used was on the port plug, it came with the plug.

why don't you just take the rail and regulator to the store with you and have the guys there find the right fittings fot you.

I don't have the fpr or the fittings... Jason has it all with my car at his shop.

Hey man, Jason called me on this. I don't understand what the problems are man. Jason said the fpr was tapered and the flare fittings won't work, but I have mine all together and the Aeromotive unit calls for flare -6AN fittings. If you have flare fittings and are screwing them to the Aeromotive FPR then the flare will make the seal. You will need teflon tape for the 1/8" npt fuel gauge/plug on the front of the FPR and you need the o-ring for the plug side like they said before. I left Jason a message or two and he hasn't gotten back with me yet.

I don't know what to do guys.... I ordered the exact fittings you gave me the part numbers for Brent and he's saying all of the fittings that are being placed into the fpr are not going in right. It's extremely frustrating because of the fact this is the only reason why my car is not back into myhands as we speak. Another week carless because of the fpr. It's extremely frustrating. I might even have to just source a nismo fpr just to get the damn car back. I'm going to call him in a few to speak with him again. We'll see I guess. Keep the info coming. Atleast this way I feel like something is being accomplished.

I wish Jason would call me back. Aeromotive sells the fittings if you want to go that route. BUT, understand this, all they are is a standard AN union adapter where one of the ends has the flare cut off and that and goes into the FPR. Aeromotive says that they are AN threaded holes and to use an O-Ring on the fittings.
