Just got the news a few min ago I am now officialy an employee at The Collection. I pretty much get paid to drive high dollar cars (porsche , ferrari, Aston Martin, Lotus and Ausi's) cars back and fourth from the garage to the service area. Wohooo... now I'm off to take my Macro Economics final which if I dont get a 95 on it I fail my class!!!! What a day......

The body shop is about a mile away and every now and then we have to drive the cars over there to get repairs done. I'll get plenty of chances to road test cars :D. I cant wait until I get to drive the 911 GT2 and the 360 Modena. OOO yeah they also have Maserattis there too BTW..

Heehee... when I first went to apply, As I pulled into the street that goes alongside the dealership, A Ferrari 360 Modena pulled in front of me. I turned off my radio and rolled down the windows just to hear the engine revving after each stop sign. Mmmmmm... high dollar Italian exotics sound incredible!!! Ooo yea when I went back a few days after applying to get my drug test paperwork, there was a Black Maseratti coupe just sitting in the service entrace revving the motor. Sounded damn sweet!!! I cant belive they are paying me $8/hr. (starting) to drive exotic cars back and fourth all day  I think I should be paying them to do this!!! lol....

Ok here a little bit of an update....today they took me on a sort of "training session" to get accustomed where the hell to park all the cars and where to pick them up ect. (this place is HUGE with about 4 different levels). I got to ride in a wicked 2002 Silver Porsche 911 Turbo with full carbon fiber interior package and 18 inch HRE's during my tour. The basement where all the new cars are kept, is incredible. Rows upon rows of Porshes, Ferarris, Maserati's, Audi's and a few Lotuses (just think of the scene in the movie "gone in 60 Seconds" where they break into the Ferrari warehouse and there are endless rows of exotics). The service area has about 50-60 lifts that is full air conditioned and clean enough to eat off the floors. All I can say is WOW. I cant belive I got this job..lol. I really dont mean to brag in any way, its just that I, like many people here, am a huge car nut and this job is just too good to be true..... I cant wait until I actually go to work on Friday which is pretty unbelivable as i have never wanted to go to work so bad....

Haha if I crash any cars and the accident is my fault, I have to pay a $2500 ins. deductible. Ooo yea and BTW the cavalier wasnt my fault!!! The suspension was too worn out and it bottomed out in the middle of the corner causing me to lose control and kill the tree.
