I need some new headlights and the such. I am wondering if the Tsuru kit is worth it or I was looking at getting the Sunny headlights/front lighting. All opinions welcome.

well, my opinion is I love my tsuru lights. they are brighter(and i guess because of this fact safer for you) and make the car look newer than before.

The Tsuru headlights are a definate upgrade from stock or even the JDM Sunny headlights. The Tsuru headlights (developed and made by Hella) uses new headlight technology which many of today's cars use. Light from the bulb is reflected from the rear of the housing, directed through a clear lense to specific lodations in front of the headlight. With the Sunny headlights, you are still using a diffused lense which does lower the strength of the light. Of course, the Sunny headlights probably can be had for less than the Tsurus but they both use the same bulbs.

Tsurus are about the same price as a new USDM front end, FWIW. I'm very happy with mine.

What bulbs use the Tsuru headlights? H4 or 9004? I want to buy a HID kit and use it with this Tsuru front end. It will look great! Please let me know. Thanks

It's ultimately up to you, but for as bad as they look - I'd spend the extra $$$. Pretty sweet lights.
