A company in the Seattle area called MAXX AUTOWORKS has made a BRAND NEW GTR/EVO Style Front for the B14's. It is made of Fiberglass and reinforced with Kevlar. The bumper will have 6" light openings along with a MONSTER OPENING and a built in grill all-in-one!
Here is a mock up of what it looks like. I believe the bumper is finished as of Monday, February 5, 2001

I love those headlights and clear corners, can I get those for my 99 SE?

I love the look of it, but it doesn't seem to fit too well in the corners.

This is the prototype bumper. They used this as a mold. So they most likely fixed the areas around the corners and all the parts that didnt look like it fit.

You can buy this bumper as well. Its on a limited run so the molds will be DESTROYED to give the owner of the bumper a limited custom front.

How much, and will it fit a 99 SE-L?

It will fit all B14's.
