ok, fellows. I've just bought a beater and when test driving and brought it home on the first day, started up fine. But the second day, sounds like a dead battery. Jumped it and starts up fine. I've replace the battery now, but i'm guessing its the alternator that's not working? any help would be great....

ok, but you guys might hate me for this.....its a 91 integra gs (automatic) for my wife to drive around. bought it for $1000. comes with leather, power everything, with 116k on it, and still run good and strong.
