it's called the....C.I.T.Y ha ha ha....just taking the piss...it is a nice country, been there 5-6 times myself!......it's just a shame such a nice place is ruined by having all those Australians living there :D

i think you are talking about North Bridge, also Freemantle was a good place to chill a little more laid back than north bridge.
