Good idea? Bad idea? Assuming only my gears are bad and the case etc. is unscathed, will I benefit from the taller ratios of the G20 gears? I have access to some right now and am likely going to use them...

You can do it!!!! It sounds like a good idea, having slightly taller gear ratios so you don't have to shift into 5th gear at the end of the 1320...

Remember that was only because the slicks I had were a shorter diameter than the stock tires... they were tiny...

I think it can be done.....But! The gears are just as weak as the SE-R's http://laf.cioe.com/~benbobbo/NonCGI/frown.gif I was talkin to SR20DET20 he said that somone.....wait maybe I should say just yet. But since I like some of you guyz. He said that some guy said to convert the SE-R to Hydro with Altima parts? then use the BB trany! it might just work! then again maybe not we will findout with his car....Now I hope that lil Gimp dosen't start to run around and say "ohh mike is goin to do this! or Mike is goin to do that! Ohh that was my idea bla bla bla bla bla bla bla"
