Ive searched and gotten bits and pieces, but i honestly dont feel like i fully understand suspension modification.

Could you track guys please explain the theory of spring rates, sway bars and what not. How does making the front stiffer than the back affect the handling and why? And the same question for the rear being stiffer than the front. How does installing a thicker sway bar in the front or rear affect the cars limits. What my intuition tells me seems to differ with what a lot of people are saying, so i need some clarification. thanks
