Crono1321 03-22-2004, 07:10 PM Very good numbers for a DET, your SAFC is treating you well!
98se-rTurbo 03-22-2004, 07:12 PM Thanks, and yes it is. It's a little rich around 4k rmp though.
Crono1321 03-22-2004, 07:29 PM Do you have a wideband o2 sensor or did you only tune it on the dyno? This is why I want to get an e-manage, the numbers show themselves.
Justin
98se-rTurbo 03-22-2004, 07:31 PM It's street tuned by charlie2020. It still needs to be tuned correctly.
Crono1321 03-22-2004, 07:37 PM Ah ok, then you should see a few more still from just tuning it, although Charlie is the man when it comes to SAFC's!
98se-rTurbo 03-22-2004, 07:40 PM Yeah I hope to see higher numbers when its finished. I'm just waiting to get an exhaust to finish tuning.
97SE-R C2 03-22-2004, 08:25 PM Very good numbers for a DET, your SAFC is treating you well!
No, aggresive stock timing maps are treating him well :D Similar to my 7psi dyno on the emanage and stock ECU. 200whp and 205wtq.
Crono1321 03-23-2004, 02:12 AM Nice nice! hehe
nizzan4u2nv 03-23-2004, 03:28 AM Good numbers. Charlie can tune them safc's.
especse_r 03-23-2004, 05:13 AM Good numbers. Charlie can tune them safc's.
You bet. I had the chance to ride on Charlie's 91 w/ an Avenir and SAFC... that shit was a beast. It was awesome for a turbo det w/ stock exhaust, tmic, 91 octane gas and Nike box around the air filter :)
4DoorSR 03-23-2004, 10:03 AM That's the Avenir correct? I wonder what the GTiR pushes?
JayHass 03-23-2004, 12:20 PM Nice curve. The SE-R is a really fun car at that power level. The only thing I would say is it looks a little flat from 3500-4500, probably a bit rich as you mentioned. Other than that...looks great.
98se-rTurbo 03-23-2004, 02:43 PM That's the Avenir correct? I wonder what the GTiR pushes?
It's a blue bird but they are pretty much the same.
NyceP26 03-23-2004, 04:14 PM What kind of dyno was this done on?
98se-rTurbo 03-23-2004, 05:00 PM I think it was dynojet.
charlie2020 03-27-2004, 12:41 AM Nice numbers, get that exhaust system complete so it cant get tunned correctly and rewire that fuel pump.
sr20veb13 03-29-2004, 02:23 PM Nice numbers, get that exhaust system complete so it cant get tunned correctly and rewire that fuel pump.
what is this iv been reading about re wireing the fuel pump? i just installed my 255... and was wondering what you are talking about...
p.s the freaking 255 is kinda loud and i didnt tighten down a fuel line tight enogh, and it shot it off and sprayed fuel almost 5 feet in the air lol.. it was scarryy !
98se-rTurbo 03-29-2004, 05:01 PM Nice numbers, get that exhaust system complete so it cant get tunned correctly and rewire that fuel pump.
Thanks, I will as soon as I get caught up.
Rockwood 03-29-2004, 06:00 PM you want it a little conservative around the tq peak anyway, our cars like to ping there.
