I just installed my fuel pump and it wont boost up past 5-5.5k the only time it might is when i boost up to 15psi...do you guyz think that i should lean out the top end a little, would the addition of the fuel pump just make the car run richer...cause w/o the afc now i cant drive past 2k...i checked for vacuum leaks so far and nothing...any suggestions?

I don't know what's causing your problem specifically, but a higher capacity fuel pump will not cause it to run richer. In fact you could run a Walbro or 300ZXTT fuel pump in a stock SE-R and it would be fine. The reason for the higher capacity pump is simply to keep up with demand.
Have you been listening for detonation? You might be going too lean above 5000 RPM.

I know that this may seem redundant, but double check to see if you have a loose intercooler pipe somewhere. This sounds VERY
familiar to a problem I used to experience.
