water is no big deal , if the white smoke is pretty thick it usually means you are burning oil...

If the smoke (vapor) is thick and smells sweet, it means a head gasket problem.

What can I do to stop burning oil? I think I may have the wrong plugs in there but besides plugs whatelse can I check that may be causing this.

White smoke = water, but on startup it's mostly consensation from the inside of your exhaust pipes

thick white smoke = water/coolant, it's a headgasket, the smoke will smell sweet because after all you're burning antifreeze

blue smoke = burning oil

yaman: burning oil usually comes from 3 places: worn piston rings which you'll have to take the whole engine apart; worn valvestem seals which you'll have to take the cylinder head apart to replace; and also a bad PCV valve can cause an oil burning problem, i'd check that first and also check your throttle boddy for any oil buildup, if there is it's the pcv valve.Being that you're turbo, the turbo itself might be damaged too, it could be bad bearing that are causing oil to leak from them into the turbine side of the turbo

Do a compression test just to make sure nothing inside the engine is worn
