i miss my se-l a lot, simply because of how realible that car was
in 2 weeks of owning vr6 passat 5spd
i did :
rebuild head
new timing chain's
all new gasket's
9lb flywheel
racing clutch
new coil pac
new wires
new battery
giac chip (garret)
and now my maf harness is fucked, vr6 is sure nice and all but unrealible

A true Volkswagen person would not admit to this, should of kept your Nissan!

i never had a fear driving a car before, now with vw i do and carry 2 toolboxes with me, although the vr6 sounds amazing i'm going to put cam's and header in today

well at least your cams found a good home ;)

My new NX will be up and running in 4 weeks. Until then, it's the rusted out interioir missing sentra with no muffler :D

my best friend had a 98 gti vr6 and it caused a lot of probs too... unless u have warranty... its not worth having a VW... my .02 :D

He sold it with most of the parts off, then bought a 95 passat vr6, didnt like that (bad tranny/ditched) so he got a turbo 4 dr b13 (sr swap as well) and then he blew the engine in that last week.

I guess he needs to learn how to drive.
