aand also are they the best setup you can get on a b13? or can you get similar with and agx combo or maybe a koni combo?

For the price, i think it is the best coilover setup right now. There are always better, but you will be paying for it. Coilovers on AGX struts would be similar, but I think the dampening on these struts is better matched for the stiffer springs. Hit up the guys that bought them in the GB that went on here a few months back.
