Just like the title says. I didn't have time to put in the exhaust cam but the car idles and pulls really hard with just the s4 intake cam.

I'm going to put the exhaust cam in sooner or later but what are the pros (if any) and cons.

My timing is set to 17* to compensate for the stock (highport) exhaust cam.

I have the HKS intake cam that is 264* it's right in the middle of the S3/S4, and it woke the car up.

^^ I'm assuming stock exhaust cam?

The s4 intake cam woke the car up - gave it a rough idle - everything seems normal..

What's the point in putting the exhaust cam in anyways then?
