im not sure if i saw correctly, but there may have been a:

P0120 43 Throttle Posi Sen

make sure you didnt break a cam......that throws the last 2 at the same time.....

breaking a cam wouldnt allow the engine to run at all......it would sound and feel like it had a vacuum leak
