as tight as you can get em by hand I would imagine. Don't lay your weight on the wrench. If you break one of those bolts your toast. :cool:

Well I took mine apart to have it powder coated and searched for that answer also. So I called JWT and they told me just to tighten by hand, without breaking/cross threading the bolts.

well i have to use german torque and german high temp thread lock and german fucking lock washers too, cause those damn things dont like to stay.
