this comming sunday wich is July 4th seekonk speedway in seekonk ma is having there 4th of july festivities-there will be spectator drags(you can put your car in and race one lap around the track against another car-if you win you move on to the next round and the final race is two laps around the 1/8 mile track) there is a demmo derby and figure 8 racing and some auto racing-there is never any SR20's there just some DSM's and every now and then a honduuuhhh-lots of classic muscle cars and newer muscle cars-it is something like $15 or 20 to get in and watch and $25 to get in if you race

There will also be Fireworks as well, so you wont be missing out on those if you go.

I got my disc back from SPEC, so I have everything ready to go on. I could use some assistance putting the transmission back on though...hint hint wink wink!

Guys I usually go to this every year(seeing I live tens minutes from it) and I'll tell you it's an awesome day and the Fireworks are awesome... The spectator grags are cool to watch..Just watch out for the green Talon..;)

Hell yeah you can Ben...Shit I bet your car would do great.All the boosted front wheels drives usually do good there...It's the high hp rear wheel drive cars that have the traction problems...

lets kick some muscle car ass! they seem to dominate every time I go.....

the people who organize the stuff are also a bunch of rednecks and favor the american classics and seem not to like the imports that are a hell of a lot faster

all i have to say is watch out for the 2 white se-r's from fall river, mass. they are fast and i hope to see them dominate(pearl200, whitelighting). hope they dominate the spectator drags.
