When they start leaking oil how does one fix it? I assume you just need to replace the oil seal(s). How does one do this? Do you have to have any freaky tools to do this? I assume the seal would be pretty cheap. Is this easy or hard to do?

Ben;
I'm waiting (like you) for someone to answer your question. I've got your old T25 on its way this week. It needs a rebuild.
http://www.turbochargers.com wants $275 for a straight-up rebuild, with them doing the labor.
http://www.turbos.com offers up a remanufactured center-section alternative that is supposedly cheaper than a rebuild. Just swap the innards (big turbo word there) and you're good to go.
I'd still like to hear from somebody who has rebuilt a turbo on their own. I agree with you, Ben, that it doesn't appear to be too difficult a proposition.
