i p[lan on getting the 3" downpipe for my future drag only car, can i just extend it with some more 3" piping out to the side of the car? or is it better to have the full 3" exhaust with turbo muffler? remember this car is for drag only.

If it's a drag only car and it's a turbo, then you're better off with no exhaust at all. Just put the downpipe on and leave it. If you want to route it off to the side that's fine too, but don't bother with a muffler.
