I used mine for "spirited weekend" driving. If they cant handle that abuse, I wont trust them on track
You must of had some defective calipers... or mine were extra special. 250whp and running 225/45/15 hoosiers for 2 years on track and I never had an issue with my billet dynalites. They did flex (odd pad wear) and the track pads didn't last all that long, but overall the setup worked.

sh*t, then why mount it at all? :DI thought about having my instructor hold it.
Using those points somewhere else, like Aero and maybe a bump steer kit. Car already outbrakes most everyone else and never fades as it is.I made the jokes. I don't expect many to go this route.

Since you guys are bumping for me...
I am putting my car upgrades on hold for 2009, with the exception of getting the car street legal and selling the trailer, primarily because of the economy. Aside from it, I just don't do enough HPDE's to warrant having a car that can only be towed. Plus, it'd be nice to drive it around town, to meets, etc. To that end, I am adding wiring back in from JY cars, for headlights, flashers, turn signals, and license plate lights. I am not messing with the pop-up function on the headlights, and will instead make a manual prop until I can get some aftermarket ones. If you've never looked at it, you would be floored by the amount of complexity and wiring associated with having pop-ups.
Since I will not be doing any HPDE's this year, I am focusing more on autocross. I am adding some interior back for comfort, and hopefully it will get me into a more competitive class than X-Prepared, which is where the car sits now. I don't much care about classing, but I am picking up a co-driver and think that he does. He will be springing for some r-comps after driving my car for an event a month ago, as the only thing the car really needs is more grip. I am out-accelerating and out-braking my street tires, in both autocross and roadracing.
While re-doing my interior wiring, I am going to suck it up and paint the interior. I am undecided on whether or not to put carpeting in, and may just put some gold foil in instead. :D I'm looking for some manual doors, preferably in white, and already have panels in the garage. I am going to relocate my gauges from the cluster hood to the center radio/HVAC control area, and may spring for a nicer dash since I'll no longer need to drill holes in it. :)
I also have the shift surround and armrest to go in, but it might be a challenge mounting them since I drilled out all the plastic thingers you screw into.

ok i have a few questions, if you were going to all this work to basically make it stock, why not just buy a 180sx? i have a 180sx, i have gotten rid of the useless side mount intercooler, and went with a front mount, aluminum piping and the such, it just seems alot of work to just restrict so much airflow.
