I have the opportunity to get 3 dyno runs, an alcohol injection system and install for $180. I have a bb det @ 11psi right now, tmic which i will probably stay with, 3" exhaust and a lightweight flywheel + a JWT ecu, 370cc's @ 3-bar. So my question how exactly will this help me, aka cooling the air charge, letting me boost higher (if so how high?) or any other factors that will help me. I heard that it will actually hurt performance if i don't up the boost to make it useful? TIA!

It will hurt performance if you don't boost higher because you will run too rich. Make sure it's a good setup because you don't want to trust your engine to a crappy product. I used a SMC kit on my turbo MR2. He has some great information on his site -

Not worth it. Try propane injection or just run Race gas with more timing.
