Just out of curiousity, what parts are interchangable between the SR20DET and the SR20DE. Im curious because I know unorthodox racing makes a complete pulley set for the DE, would it fit on the DET as well???

Im pretty sure ALMOST all parts are interchangeable between DE/DET's, (excluding variable valve models)

BTW my friend swaped his UR DE pulleys on to his DET and they work fine.

I am assuming your talking about fitting sr parts from a fwd car to the rwd sr20det. I think there are lots of comparable peices but I would recommend doing lots of research. There are lots of parts out for the rwd version. I would recommend just looking across the ocean.;)

I don't know about the unorthodox but I bought a set of Greddy pulleys for my RWD SR20DE and they also fit the RWD SR20DET!

If ur talkin about the fwd sr pullies they will not fit the rwd sr20det. out of 4 pullies that come in the whole set only the alternator ( if i remember correctly) is the only 1 that'll fit.
but your better off gettin GReddy pullies. ive seen sell for as cheap as $235 complete on sum websites. thas cheap.

most parts don't interchange between the rwd anf fwd SRs. Most internals are the same but almost all externals are different.

P.S. Unorthodox does make pulleys for rwd SRs now.

yeah UR makes rwd pullies now too. Topspeed makes RWD pullies, GReddy makes RWD pullies.

internals, cams, valve springs, cam gears...interchangable from det to de fwd or rwd. gtir is a differnent animal though.
valvecover isn't interchangable from rwd to fwd. head-gasket is, at least from comparing a cometic to a greddy. (so i assume). water pump is different, clutch and flywheel is the same for gtir, bb, and silvia, but you guys need to use the sentra flywheel and clutch because the tranny is smaller and won't let the 240mm clutch fit. oil pan is not interchangable....
