Well I went to take off my rotor last night. I took off the cap and began to unbolt the little bolt/screw that holds the rotor in place. I kept turning and turning and turning and the damn thing won't loosen all the way. I mess around with it for about 30 minutes and say F-ck it and begin to re-tighten the bolt/screw. I keep turning and turning and turning and low and behold the screw won't tighten either. What the hell? Now I'm running around with a loose rotor. The car seems to be running alright, but I know it's not up to it's full potential with the rotor "floating" around a bit. Can anyone give any suggestions as to how I get that damn bolt out? I even took a pair of pliers and attempted to pull the bolt out with no luck. I'm not a newb to tune-ups and/or changing rotors, and I've never encountered this before. Am I screwed or what?! Thanks for the help.

See if you can use a pair of small vise grips, and pull while turning. You may have to drill the head off and replace the screw.
