Anyone have the Tokico Suspension Kit (springs & struts HPK-225) on their 91-94 B-13s? How doe it ride with the improved Tokico struts?

I dont have it, but in the kit for my friends RX-7, the springs are specially made by Eibach for the Tokico Struts. I love my Eibach sportlines, which I think the ones in the package would compare to. I here people talk bad about Tokico, but I have never used them, and they never say what is wrong with them, just that they dont like them. My friends '85 RX-7 has Tokico Blues on it and it is a handling beast, even with "Sport Touring" tires and stock springs.

Spend the extra bucks and get the KYB AGX and at a min. Eibach Pro-kits. I say this because you will be more happy in the long run. The Tokico were the best budget "performance" struts around till the AGX came around. The AGX are adjustable, so you can pick your ride confort. As for the springs, do not get the Sprotlines. They drop the car too much. I would not lower my car more than the Pro-Kits. I had the AGX/Por-Kits on my 200sx and it was ok but I was not happy for the most part. If you cant afford a shortened strut system (like me) I would recomend the AGX/Ground Control set up. The will give you lots of options. Not only can you adjust the struts and the ride hight but you can also pick your spring rates. With the pro-kits or sportlines the spring are too soft and it makes for a bit of a bouncey ride.

I had tociko springs with tociko struts. It was nice. I liked Tociko lowering Springs. I don't remember the exact inches it lowered though.

MarC, you said it ALL, (I was not happy for the most part). There's alot of unhappy
people with the AGX/PRO-kit combo.
