The Fuse is good. The switch is good and i think the relay under the hood is good.
My question is where do the wires coming out of the fog light switch go?
Purple wire going to the red/blue one under the steering column.
Yellow goes to the relay.
Blue and Red wire aren't hooked up to anything.
Green goes ??? I don't know i think it goes to the relay also.

Which fuse did you check? The fog lights on the Sentra SE-R are powered from a direct line from the battery. There is a small, rounded box attached to the positive battery terminal. Open that box, and you'll find a 15A (I think) fuse.

As far as the complete wiring schematic goes, I can't answer that one.

I checked the fuse coming right from the battery and it's good.
