Try getting in touch with Andreas Miko I think he has a hook up for those lights. He once showed me and Serban a whole bumper and light assembly .

and they work MUCH better than the flashlights:D :D

Take away the catcus and the hat I could swear I saw that same exact car here on Jamaica Avenue in front of a Mexican sports bar! It was a big soccer game or boxing match or something that day, and those exact same bottles and flags were on the car. Talk about concidence, Geesh!

A friend from Mexico was over here at my house today for thanksgiving and I was asking him questions about the Tsuru (for those that don't know, a Tsuru is a b13 sentra) and other cars down in Mexico. He says that nobody wants the Tsuru's down there because thats what the cab drivers use. He also told me about the new Nissan Almera, and I think this car would be awesome to drop a sr20 into. Check it out www.nissanalmera.com.mx

If nobody wants them then why can't we get the headlights/grill etc for less than $450?

Hey, the Mex lights are nice...I saw them on Brian's car today at the Colliseum....Pretty White, if you think that Mexican car was anything, you should have seen the corolla I saw one day...Trinidadian pride was running a little too wild :D

Stine,
Try this as I am not sure how it would turn out...
Call your local Nissan parts department, tell them you want 2 regular headlights, 2 corner lights, a Grill, a new Nissan emblem, the trim piece that runs under the headlights, All the bulbs that go into them and the wire harness for the turn signal and the headlights...

Let us know what he says...
If he says $200 bucks then consider the $250 extra as money put toward an upgrade, as this light system is far superior.
If he says anything close to $350 then consider the performance gain a BARGIN and the fact that they just look WAY COOL a BONUS!!!:D :D :D

Of course this is for people who WANT to replace their headlights. If you are happy with what you got, then keep them.

No flame intended. this is just a different way of looking at the cost. And please tell me if I am out of line here...

Hey, Brian, I am not trying to flame and I'm truly sorry if you took it that way. I'm insanely jealous of you guys that have done this mod; It looks GREAT and I'm sure the light upgrade is substantial. I was going to keep my Classic looking stock except for the rims/lowering, but this is a mod I would jump all over if I had the money, believe me. There's just no way I can afford it right now, or for the forseeable future.

Anybody in TX/NM want to raid a Mexican scrapyard for me?

OOh you guys ain't seen shit yet. You think Brian and Dexter got headlight conversions that are nice? Well I am going ot take a picture of a Civic that has E Series Mercedes headlights on the front with the grill too. It has Q45 taillights. Now either that is creative or just plain tacky!
BTW, look at this Civic with the Altezza tail section and decal.

Now the Civic with the Prelude taillights:

I have more like the old Prelude with the new Prelude complete front end etc.. but I'll post them later to keep this thread interesting.
