It was parked at the end of my court, I was out for an hour, and when I got back.... :eek: DENT :eek2:
It looked as though someone made a VERY wide U-turn :mad:

Cost about 1k for a door (sanding to primer, repainting and colormatching). For your entire car.. maybe 4k or so. I've never done a job with them myself, but I plan to through them. Looked OEM from when my friend's cars came out (though they have quite a few cars in the shop with cameleon paintjobs, not too bad at all!)

i got a family friend of mine that has a bodyshop, his prices are resenable, he charged my brother bout $300.00,sand,prep,paint. other shops like a friend of mine from school quoted my bro like 8 bills & he is still in the learning stages. some turdburner in palmsrings hit the right 2 passenger doors on his 02' toy avalon. im taking my 91' se-r to him next month, not to the over priced guy. some loser hit your ride sh*t simular some a-hole hit my ride at my office parking lot (front right corner took out grill,fender,& tweeked the hood useless) & too much drama to list about that. :( its only a 5 hour drive from da bay area, (ive done 4:20 from my cuzz pad in So San Fran to my crib in inglewood, had fun smooked a beemer & no chipie behind me :rofl: ) I could show him a pick of the damage for a quote if you want, might as well slap on the tsuru kit, can get you a good deal on kit if intrested. oh yeah the damage he fix on my bro's car, cant tell the damage & also some of his paint jobs have been in a couple of car clubs in the LA area. Ill be up in OAKLAND (oct 16-18) for the raider vs. denver ponies game!!!

whats crackin man. i phoned my boy today, i described him the damage on your door but i forgot to ask him bout just bringin another door sand,prep,paint for the cost. by the way is your car black or like a charcoal grey & also if your car has been repainted, Im stopping by his shop either this wed, or thurs, depending on how busy iam. he said the work, if you decide to fix the dent instead of the door replacing, it could take him anywere from 2 days to upto aweek. the damage on my brothers car was worse & only took him 5 days to finish the job. :cool: the car was in the shop on saturday & back in my driveway on thursday night!!! i posted on 1 of your emails last night, dont no if you got it but call me on the cell# i posted on there.

why dont you just head out to the local junker and see if there is a door ava with the same color? Save you a lot of money and headaches bro. I seen a few gunmetal sentra at the junker a few weeks ago...If you havnt check already, might want to start there...

yo Darel, i got you some quotes. my homeboy said your better off replacing the door, just to paint the door, color match about $300.00 that includes the instalation of the door, door handle, door latch, & the rest of the stuff. $200.00 prep,paint but you install your door back on. He also said if your intrested in repainting the whole car, he'll charge you about $1,200.00 to 1,600 depending on what type of paintjob your looking for... :biggthump

It has never been repainted at all, it still has the stock paint on it, it's faded, but the clear cloat is NOT cracked or chipping. I would like pre coat, base coat, clear coat, please. None of that one coat enamel crap! Oh yeah, a UV safe clear coat, yellowing clear coat is not pretty.
Sorry for the list of demands, I just want it to be perfect.

http://www.autogator.com/ they are up in Roseville and quoted me like 100 for a door a year and a half ago. You have a Nissan Only junk yard near you, why not use it.

Yo man, I understand. When its your baby, well you got to do whats right. I dont know in how much of a rush your in to repaint the car, my homeboy is starting my work on my 91' next month. Why dont you come down one weekend & talk to my homeboy bout the type of paintjob you want, & if you decide to leave the car you could (a) have someone follow you (b) fly back on southwest for $40. to60. bucks. shiet my classic is black too. :biggthump I know that the paint job has to be perfect cause (a) its a se-r (b) cause your winters are harsh, our winters consist of temps in the low to mid 50's & low 70's to high 60's during da day. We could get away with a cheeper paint down here but, since im going to texas in 05' iwant to go all out on the perfect paintjob...
