When first starting the car after not driving for a while (over 4 hours) it revs rally wierd, falls to like 600 then jumps to 1500 slowly up and down and up and down - then balances out.... Any ideas?

The same thing used to happen to me after I cleaned my Throttle Body, and I was also getting the rpm dives at every stop light. and After playing around with the idle screw and **months later my rpm is pretty stable now :)

that was happening to my boy (nismoser's) car. So we advanced the timing, which was at 5 degrees and adjusted the idle and its pretty much perfect now.
