this guy at a really good alignment shop told me that with the stock stuff on my car, he couldnt get it all theway aligned properly. i suggested gettign a camber kit and he said he still wouldnt be able to pull enough degress out of it even with the camber kit on there. he said the way to do it without getting the camber stuff is to machine my struts? or something? i have never heard of this? have any of you? and any comments about this process?

ya, it is called slotting your struts, it works, this guy may actually know what he is talking about, when people call me and don't want to buy the plates (BOLTS SUCK!!!!!!!) I tell them to either slot the struts or get it as close as possible.

If you camber is 0 to -2 degrees and not positive and is pretty close on both sides there is no need to do anything. Camber does not increase tire wear significantly like toe does.

i went ahead and got that guy to do everything, but when he aligns the car he will fix the toe/caster/camber so that i wont have to much inner tire wear, right?
