If it is a rattle, Be sure the to nuts are re-torqued. They almost always work a bit loose after a shadetree install. Just keep the offset wrench in the car with you for a week and crank them dow every day or so.
Hope this is your solution.

What kind of springs? If they're coilovers or aftermarket, it could just be the springs are noisy. I've had more issues with rear noise with my GC/AGX setup than I'd care to admit. I even bought Shigspeed rear pillowballs for the sole purpose of trying to rid myself of that noise and it's only helped a little. What doesn't make sense is that even at full travel, with the car off the ground, the springs are still tight against the seats. I used to think it was the strut bolt, so I took them out, put a vise grips around the strut shaft up top near the hat (so i wouldn't marr the metal, which it turns out is damn near impossible to do because the metal is so hard), and used an impact on the nuts and put them back in. It made no difference.

same problem, try lubing the upper portion of the strut and bumpstop

My does this too but now I'm starting to think the exhaust is whats making noise back there.
