Just wondering if the turbo can fit, or is it better to just pick up the protech manifold?

Nope it won't fit the stock flang. U can weild a new one on to it ***. They can do that for you too, just depends on the manifold. The matieral might be shit and be tuff to weild. it just depends.

Nope, different flanges. You can have a t3 flange welded on a gtir manifold. But if you have the money, Protech all the way. ITS SO PRETTY and it will give you horse power over a gtir manifold

Holy shite, yellow4g posted as i was writing, looks like he a faster draw on the posts. YEEE HAAAA A shootout at high noon

Here is an example of what you will have to do to get the turbo on that manifold.

This car is local to me, it's Matt Niaura's car.

I bought my manifold from Isidro in Florida. Andreas Miko made it for him awhile ago. Andreas is still modifying GTI-R manifolds. That's the way to go budget wise. I'm looking into the Protech or the FMAX equal length manifolds myself. My unit will be for sale very soon.

Call or email Andreas. He can get the manifold for you at a reasonable cost. The Protech is absolutely a cost effective unit and I certainly intend to get one. However; Andreas reminded me that 476whp was generated with a modified GTI-R manifold! Think twice about its capabilities...
