got an earl scheib paint job as an xmas present from my girlfriend. terrible management/service (they broke my driver's side window and refused to pay for it), terrible bodywork, but what the hey, it was free... well, except for the extra $100 I paid for a seperate "european" clearcoat, which was such a thin coat that it already has swirl marks.

I also installed tsuru head/tail lights. Need to fix the headliner and get my windows tinted now. the used replacement driver's side window that I bought had tint, pretty cool :rolleyes:

i like the paint job a lot!!!! also, that is total crap about the window. i know for a fact that if they have no record of the window being broken when it got to their shop, it is LEGALLY their resposibility!!! i work at a Nissan dealership and that is something that they stress as very VERY important. (to record any major damage)

Hey man if they're not gonna pay for the window just launch a brick at one of theirs. I'm sure it'll cost more then yours and it'll give you a big ass smile. :biggthump

Thinking of getting a Earl Scheib paint job too. Did they make you take off the emblems and mask off the stuff not to be painted? Or did they do it for you?

It does look pretty damn good! But why DID they paint the mudguards? My prediction is that the paint will start flaking off of there sooner than later becuase of all the flexing they do... :(

everyone always bitches about maaco and earl scheib paint jobs. i think this car came out nice! my 92 black needs some fresh paint, this is the route I am going. car is a trackcar not a showcar!
