I am looking for a scavanger pump for the turbo to drain. Does someone know where I can get one?

This is not for my car. I need it for a geo prizm 4agze swap with custom manifold and turbo setup

use a mocal pump

Mocal is prolly your best bet, though a Jabsco pump would do the job as well, just get a lower flow rate pump.
