Does anyone know what all of the nuts associated with a HS header install on a 98 ser need to be torqued to? Also, what should be used to tighten that plug where the sensor does NOT go? Its an allen wrench, but what size? FYI I am trying to eliminate a potential leak. Any advice on how to do this would be great.

It makes no difference if you have a 91 or 99, the torque on the header should be the same. Although I don't have #'s for you, just tighten them till they wont tighten anymore. Don't use a huge breaker bar though you could snap some bolts.
Use some locktite on the bolts that connect the primary to the secondary. They have a habit of loosening.

Torque them to 27 ft-lbs in a spiral from the center bolts to the outside (8-6-4-2-1-3-5-7). ... If you dont have an allen key that bit i can try and explain to you another way you can tighten that bung.

Haha you know whats funny, that exact allen key I used to tighten the bung on mine I saved from when I ahd to have it for the oil drain plug on my 86 Fiat X1/9!!! Talk about interchange on parts!!! Italian to Japanese!! I think it was a 12mm allen key right? :D
