hey LowDownNX,

Do you have a picture of your car with those body kit pieces you mentioned?

Vegita,

the front kit is a cover that goes over the existing front bumper. If you have a 2000, the chin spoiler will have to be removed because the erebuni kit uses the same screw holes in the fender. The kit starts just at the lower edge of the fender trim that goes around the car.

did u have a 1600 before? or did you just swap in the jspec de? How much did parts cost and did you do it yourself or did you pay someone? Any legality issues?

Thanks

The erebuni kit can look good on some cars and bad on others. Such as the one on the erebuni website, It looks BAD. It probably looks bad due to the yellow fog lights.

I already had a 2000. but the engine was toast, so i went to a shop and they only use the used japanese engines shipped direct, parts and labor came to right around $1,800. no legality issues at all.

BE CAREFUL OF ERUBUNI they kits are not the best in the world the fit and finisf is off and you will need a real body guy to put that kit on

True that!!! Make sure you have a good body shop put this on as it is fiberglass and more difficult to install.

I got the Erebuni kit, but it looks nothing like the picture in the catalogue. it looks more like the 2 acespeed kits put together.

I really didn't like the service provided by Erebuni, not only did the kit fit like crap, it cost me a fortune to get it on the car becasue I had to mold everything on to get it to stay. I had to do heavy modifications and I would NOT reccommend ANYONE to buy ANYTHING from Erebuni.

Their attitude was basically, you know nothing, we are the best, we supply the world, so find a bodyman who knows what they are doing and leave us alone.

5 coats of Subaru rally blue and 3 coats of red pearl. It ends up looking a dark Blue/Purplish in certain light.

Here are two pics:

Yeah, yeah, it's alittle ricey, but hey, Guy's gotta look good for the girls too :)

And, TurboblueNX, weren't those door sill extensions from Eribuni as well?

If they were fitted to the car, the doors wouldn't open, because they covered the bottoms!

Fine if your name is Bo or Luke...

What kind of coilovers are you running on? Also, that looks nothing like the kit in the erebuni website or mine for that matter. Did you have most of that stuff custom made including the rear skirt? I noticed on your website the the front end around the headlights came with the kit. This too is different from my kit as it is just a bumper cover.

I had a NX back in 98 (I have a 94 SE-R now) and I bought the Cosworth wing. I totaled the car before I got to put the wing on so it is still in my basement. So if anyone is interested make me a resonable offer.

Now back to what Turbo was saying you will need a GOOD body guy for this job. And there service SUCKED. I will never buy anything from them again. Don't go there unless it is the last place on earth that has what you want. And if you don't like it to bad. When I wrecked my car I tryed to send the wing back but they would not take it back.

I really like the kit, but where can i order it from if not erebuni? My brother has the same complaints that you have but for wings west. i have a good body shop that all they do is install kits and shit like that, they charge like 40 or 50 bucks per bumper.

Go through a shop that is an erebuni distributor. Try and call around to some of your local import shops.

Indeed, The Sill extensions are from Erebuni.

I had to trim the back... waaaaaay back and filler all around, then sand/file/gut/gouge until the door lined up...

Darn, I exceeded my daily traffic limit again... I'll have more pics up soon...
