Need programming instructions for Clifford Matrix RS

I have a Clifford Matrix RS and need instructions for programming the remote. I had not used the remote for more than six months and had to reset battery due to replacement. Now the remote and car are not talking.

How can I re-program this for the car. I have the valet button and red led wired in and it does flash or goes solid red. I have done this before but cannot find the instructions.
