Cant find ground for my amp on my b13 help!!

I cant find good ground on my b13 so Ill like to know where sum of you guys have ur amps grounded thx...

rear seatbelt bolts,under the rear seat....grind the paint off for good contact.

i sand the paint around the little hole where the spare tire hold down screw goes and bolt it there
