Need help with electronic issues

I am putting my B13 together, and I have connected everything where I assume that it goes.
Problem is my lights in the cluster do not light up, and the stereo speakers have no sound.

The stereo powers on, and cds work, just no sounds comes out of the speakers.
The cluster's idiot lights come on, but the regular lights do not.

I checked all of the fuses, and two were blown, before I got the idiot lights and stereo to come on, but I replaced them, the idiot lights show, and the signals work, but no regular lights, also, the horn does not work.
I checked the relays and all the fuses, and they appear to be good.
Oh, also my fog lights don't come on. I have no clue why this is either.

The car was basically stripped when I got it, so I have been trying to figure this out on my own, and have figured out a lot, except for a few small things.

Does anyone have a clue that could help me figure out what I may not have plugged into the right place.

Not trying to be an ass or anything, but you didn't really just assume where everything went, did you?

I matched up to another car.
The plugs are all color coded.
Not saying that is the perfect way to go, but didn't really have another choice.

I may have gotten something in the cluster wrong.

There are a lot of similar shaped plugs for the stereo power, but only one for the speakers.
