Pins 22 and 111 were already connected, so I did not worry about them. However the B15 FSM says that pin 111 is the sensor power supply (5V signal). Are you sure we are supposed to connect the 5V source to a ground? On my car, the B14 pin 39 is connected to B15 108 (ECM ground)...

Sorry, you're right - pin 111 is something else - I mis-traced. Pin 39 is a good ECM ground to use if you ever needed it. I never had to touch 111 either.
