Good Cheap Speakers

Hey guys and gals,

I searched and couldn't find much info about this, I looked around a bit to but need some help

I'm looking for some "best bang for the buck" speakers. Not really interested in a sub, just something that would not crackle when I'm playing good old tecno, etc.

Any ideas on what kind of speakers, and what wattage, would be good, and not too expensive?

My price range is up to $200.

try the PG rsd6.5cs components off of ebay. One of the best bang for the buck speaker sets out there. My friends just picked up a pair and they are awesome.

Give me a firkin break! Factory speakers? Paper cone woofer and foam surround? Almost any aftermarket speaker is gonna be better than the stock speaker.

Get a G20, nice bose stock unit . Anything aftermarket I would suggest a 4 ch. amp. Otherwise it sounds ok, but could definately be better. Pioneer has been a good decision for the price. 2-3 way is the way to go. Or even component.

So far the stockers have been fine, until I got my MP3 player I guess it has a pretty nice bass boost, so I noticed how crappy my speakers are lol.

Alright so I have a 1996 Nissan Maxima GLE... it came with sweet BOSE speakers. Do you guys think it will be possible to swap them for my stock ones?

I already blew my front speakers with a pioneer head unit and stock amps. One day, probably next spring im going to rewire the whole audio system to get rid of the stock amps.

http://www.circuitcity.com/ssm/Speak...ategorylist.do

I have the 4"'s all throughout my Volvo, and they are an AMAZING speaker for 4", I can only imagine 6.5's.....

AND Circuit City is running buy one pair of Polks, get the next 50% off, so get the Coaxial 6.5's, and you'll be under-budget, and EXTREMELY pleased. Trust me.

Dude I like those! And they look pretty good!

Does that kit have everything that is needed? Or will I need to buy two kits. As in does it have enough speakers

you'd need to buy two kits...$400

Seriously man, check out those Polks. I edited above, You buy one pair, you get the next 50% off, so about $170. Roughly. If you get the coaxials. They are SO worth it.

So its either those Polks or the Infinities.

I like the infinities a bit more. Plus $79 a set. I personally think thats pretty freaking good
