Bass:
Bassotronics - Bass I love you
Three 6 Mafia - Late Night Tip
Timbaland - Bounce
Im not too into bass im more of an all around type person. But when I feel like bumping my 12 that's what I listen to. I'll be even more happy when I'm finished my motor build, so I can finally replace my Pioneer highs and mids with Alpine speakers , tweeters, and 4 channel amp.

Cheated on the sentra with a 240 , I wouldn't have it any other way.
Fully built DET is on the way.
Regina Specktor - Us
Venessa carlton - twilight (wicked orchestra peice)
Chuck Mangione - hill where the lord hides or land of make believe
Maynard Ferguson - anything off his "masters of the stratosphere" album, if your tweeters have too much bite or color this whole album will let you know!
Nichole Nordeman - every season
Dave matthews band - Dreaming tree
Blues Traveler - Hook (harmonica sounds amazing on a good system)
Bjork - Unravel, Hyperballad, joga, oceania (weird track, but the vocal "rises" sound awesome)
amel larrieux - get up, make me whole, shine
Note: if you can play all the frequencies in "hyperballad" cleanly you have a damn good system. My system, could not properly recreate all of the bass. My subs just didnt have the frequency range. Bjork is well know for making hi-fidelity versions of all of her albums. (dvd-a, sacd, etc...)
I generally pick songs, that feature a range of instrumentation and good sonic range. If I can get pianos, and violins/cellos to sound as close to one playing next to me in person as possible everything else falls into place.

Trick Daddys "America"...if your susb can reproduce that low bass tone it hits then your have some good ass subs. Only two subs out of the billions Ive had could hit the note. My 12" Infinity perfercts were one(Theyre perfect until the voice coil falls apart) and the second set was my Two Cerwin Vega IT 15.0's.
Try anything Trick Daddy and your set when it comes to bass. Also try some old school lil wayne sh*t. He had bass for days.
And last but not least if you really want some bass go get some old school master p down south bout it bout it sh*t.

Mods:courtest fstb, progress adjustable rsb, place racing cai, pacesetter headers, hyperco gen 2 (to be installed), gti-r turbo manifold (to be installed)
for bass- The Pack (Got My Vans On), or The Clipse (Mr. Me Too)
Those songs dont really have bass though. Any system can reproduce those bass notes that those songs have.
It impresses me when a car pulls up beside me and I can here the notes that you wouldnt normally hear. Im talking about the low LOW bass drops that only good speakers can pick up and reproduce.
Throw that trick Daddy song America in your car. If you can reproduce that bass drop cleanly and loudly then your doing good!
im not too much into the systems, but i think earth 2 special low frequency version, and whatever you can find from sunn0))) will put your bass to the limits. be warned its not exactly techno

I just downloaded an actual subwoofer test, goes down in Hertz from 300(+/-) all the way to 10 hertz. goes in intervals of 10. My type in a Q-logic sealed/ported box with it sealed(1.25CuFt) went all the way to 10. I was impressed. Tried it with the port, but it didn't work out. Sealed FTW!
Well i found out Tool works your whole entire system. For clarity and testing highs/mids i would get anything buy mapleshade. These are exspensive cd but for pure listening there is nothing better. I also have some gold discs which were the best of the best. Its what the usac judges used to use back in the day.
