apexi turbo timer trouble
Well today i installed my turbo timer, I dont have a manual but with my o so well searching skills i found out how to, and with every thing followed it works. But what i see in voltage is lower than what i measure at the battery and at the cap. MY dvom displays 14.97vdc while idle, the turbo timer reads 14.0vdc, and when i was in my trunk and my capacitor says 14.5vdc. I see summin rong with that. Now *** the other day i took my ac belt of and bypass it with a 4 ribbed belt and tighten it and now my batttery and brake like blinks sometimes. Any one has any possible causes to it. or any help trying to figure this one out?

Harness to turbo timer are as follows:
Constant 12v = Red wire on timer
Ignition = Green wire on timer
Accessory = Blue wire on timer
If wiring into the harness in the steering column(like I did) the wires are colored differently:
Constant 12v = White w/ Red stripe
Ignition = Black w/white stripe
Accessory = Blue w/ white stripe
