Hi everyone, little by little im trying to make more comfortable, and a real good sound system is on the list, i like my 99 SE-L looks like stock or at least the more original state. Where i can put a new multi-channel amp?? where looks good an accessible for wirin.
Please if you can put pics of your car sound system on b14's, so i can get ideas of location and more....

It depends on how big the amp is. If it will fit, put it under the seat. Is this for coaxials/components or a sub or all of the above?

Those metal-tapping screws will do wonders on your metal floor & carpeting. I say don't take the lazy/easy way out. Do like the pros do, measure, get a board, run wires, and mount it right.

Drinks can spill over your seat and ruin your amps. Back seat passengers feet can loosen wires and cause shorts or damage terminals. Appearance is sloppy when seat is moved foward. Ideal location for quick/easy amp stealing by theves.

However if you choose to mount it wherever, use 2-way security screws at least jerks cannot pop your window and yank your amp out. A board in the back allows room to expand as later on you, like most will want some boom even if slight in the trunk. Never mount upside down, and allow room to cool, my $00.02 which nobody asked for. . . . .
