Wire wrap in yellow covering ????

Okay so im trying to do a semi wire tuck but was wondering...theres a wire that is wrapped in the yellow type of cover that goes under the radiator support...

inside the corner of the passenger side and then back to the fender wheel wall and then into the cabin..now is the the wire for the pump for the windsheid wippers??? i knwo its not the antenna cuase its tooo long of a wire

All yellow wiring is related to the SRS system (airbags).

yup, we set off an airbag the other day.. it was strapped to a table. loud as fu*k.. glad ive never been hit by one (knocks on wood)

well im not moving those wires...they can stay where they at...and of course the battery is disconnected....damn now you got me all kinda worried haha thanks

yes, u gotta unplug the battery if u are going to fu*k with the yellow wires. and not just unplug it, uve got to let it sit for like a halfhour before u starting messing with SrS.. capacitors store power to set them off in case ur car dies

rumours have it that they will all but knock you out if they deploy, I was wondering if the seat belt has to be plugged in for the airbag to work?

can you imagine(in a reck) no seat belt and airbag deployed... Good NIGHT

but to pull the bag u need the special torx bits.. was going to pull mine out the other day, but found i didnt have the right torx at home

yep you need tamper proof torx bits any sears hardware should have them
