noalux or other corrosion preventing goop

I used Noalux on my ground connections to prevent rust, but i know that noalux does not carry a current. Will this be a problem? because ive done some reading on the stuff and it is used alot in homes on connections between different metals to prevent rust. Example aluminum and copper connections.
So i figured it would be a good idea to use this on the grounds in my car?
if this stuff is alright then im going to clean up all the grounds in my engine bay with this stuff.

The spray sucks. I use Dielectric grease on connections that I'm worried about corroding, but that's when it's going to stay greasey inside a connector. Dielectric grease is non-conductive and is used all the time for electical connnections. For grounds, I would wire brush things clean, put the ground back on and then paint the spot with rust inhibitor.
