super v8?

i saw a show on my cable channel on super v8's and they said they run over there. whats the deal with these cars?

hi,

we have "V8 Supercars" its basically a ford vs holden battle,

most ozzy's luv it, but i wish we could put in a few gtr's for fun

dont ask me what spec they are or what they do down the qtr.. all i know is that are bout 680 hp... but they weigh sh*tloads :P

it bores the sh*t out of me.. love to see GTR's in the mix but it is as said above, only Holden and Ford.. bah crap

i hardly watch them

they bore me aswell.

basically they have the shape of the local cars but that is about it.

it is all about which team has more money to pour into the car and not about the driving capabilities.

my mates are into there fords and i get sick of hearing how great they are so on so fourth,
but they alway forget the days when the R32 was king of the mountain

Saw em in person at the Melbourne F1 race. on TV they are a bore, except for the crashes of course. There are tons of fans though, lots of holden and ford racing stuff being worn around the country.

yeah the V8's don't do it for me either, used to be sh*tloads better when they had the nissans, beemers, and the alike in there, back in the good olde days of winfield racing

i love em i may prefer *** cars to aussie cars but hey its a very very competetive series and the guys who race arent up them selves most of them are down to earth good blokes......they all race bloody hard and i think its good to watch
