even though i drove like sheeit... istill had a good time!

in the pm session i ran time only and on my first run took out 9 cones in the Chicago box they set up... mostly 'cause i carried way too much speed into it and and kicked the rear out on entrance... car got sideways in 2 directions but managed to keep it from spinning... just kept my foot in the gas and counter steered like a MoFo.....

Looks like you've got that cone pretty good there...

I'm all upset because the season is over up here. Have to wait until May now. Chicago boxes are my 2nd favorite, after lane changes.

I ran Sunday also but in a friend's STi. They're fun cars but I wasn't compensating for their speed and kept blowing corners. Never hit anything but wasn't all that fast. I would have taken my NX out if it wasn't raining.. I'm too scared to drive on the freeway with my bald Azenis'

My 11/9 report consists of a 2nd. in STS. I felt pretty good since it was only my 2nd. Auto-X of the year. Some guy in a CRX with partial cage, enough - camber
to burn up a set of tires on the street in a week and the fact that is was being co-driven in the same run group got me. It was a very cool day, 40 degrees or so, heat in tires was golden. Since he had a co-driver in the same run group,his tires was getting double the heat mine was. I'm not using that as a excuse but I know it did help him. Owe well not a bad day.
